- Train subordinates
- Provide leadership to all store employees
- Hire applicants as necessary
- Communicate with Regional Mgr
- Work and complete Sales Planning Board
- Grow store in Rental, Revenue and Customers
- Ensure that all daily paperwork is done DAILY
- Responsible for store inventory
- Ensure that employees are accurate, efficient and uses time effectively
- Order product and receive product in
- Ensure that store is clean and organized including storage areas
- Follow and enforce all documented policies and procedures
- Turn accurate time in for employees at end of pay period
- Ensure that Company standards are met
- Must be Professional and have a neat appearance
- Must be a good communicator with employees and customers
- Customer files are up to date and filed
- Increase knowledge to becoming a Store Manager
- Other duties to make sure that employees are being trained, and follow up on training
